"Yea whoever is the driver for knepper road clear spring Maryland needs to get their driver license revoked. The speed limit of my road is 25 mph and I just witnessed the driver going 40 and hit a speed bump then lost control. I called to complain but I wasn’t surprised when I found out you can’t talk to a human at all when you call . Not surprised they cover their own backs ."
