"I brought my sister for shopping on June 30, 2022 and spent like 800 dollars and Ms Balencia gave us the world class service and she was very pleasant We had to come next day to buy some more stuff and exchange few things on July 1, 2022, and were expecting the same wonderful gesture like yesterday BUT unfortunately there was this other guy working, who gave us the reason that we should never come back. We were looking for shorts and he was being extremely rude and saying JESUS CHRIST each time we used to see the shirts and giving us attitude. I politely said, it looks like you are short staff and I understand, but please don’t be rude, for that be said. ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS ASK WHAT YOU NEED, and showed attitude again, Time was 3pm July 1, 2022! I want some action to be taken for that rep, after spending almost 1000 dollars in 2 days, this is not what a customer deserves"
