After 5 years of bundled home and 2x auto policies with Travelers insurance sold to our family by Creative Insurance Solutions, and a first claim in the form of a fender bender, we are finding it's time to move on. You really have to follow up with them multiple times to get any information and then when you do it is often misinformation with staff regularly contradicting each other. Insurance is too important to not have a broker that is trustworthy and knowledgable"
