I walked into a Custom in Ink to get T-shirts made, because we walked for a cure for brain cancer for 13 years, that’s what my sister died from. Anyway, a gentleman by the name of Don waited on me and he was marvelous. He was from the S. Lakes Dr. store in Reston in Virginia. He just picked my spirits up and talk to me with so much respect and took care of anything I needed immediately and it was immediate. Thank you Don thank you custom ink. An actual live person answering the phone on the first try... quickly scheduling a safe and socially distanced in-person appointment and then taking 90 minutes to walk me through a complicated process with endless patience... understanding and accommodating a two day turnaround request to have a special Christmas gift on time... actually taking a genuine and enthusiastic interest in my project... Laura did all of that and more. She made all of the "work" a pleasant experience and the end product exceeded my highest expectations. At Laura's suggestion I am adding color to my second photo t-shirt blanket and it's even more beautiful than the first. (I will post that picture when done).
