"My neighborhood Loft since I moved a year ago. I love the brand, and so shop here a lot. The staff is always courteous, always willing to help and order/reorder items. Love living close to it. I buy all my work wear from here and have been doing so since a few years."

"I want to return a dress in this store and the manager, Grace, said that they didn’t have the record in the system so I need to come back later. When I got home later I called the customer service and they said they can easily see my record and there is no reason that I can’t return it. I called the store to talk to some staff who helped me, while the other manager answered the phone and refused to let me talk to anyone but kept saying “you can come back now.” Are you kidding me??? One manager doesn’t even know how to check customer’s record and return, and the other one keeps asking customers to waste time and efforts because of their incompetence and ignorance? Is this how you treat a customer?"

"This is the best Loft in the NOVA area. The sales associates are always super helpful make great suggestions. If I need new clothes this is my first stop in the area. Yesterday I was just looking to look and wound up purchasing 2 tops, a pair of jeans, sweater and a jacket. They are having an amazing sale right now and with my teacher discount I saved a ton! This is the only Loft that I will go to from now on. Thank you!"

"Good selection. Very helpful staff. Their dressing rooms are kept clean too. I love it when they have their 40-50% off sales. Their clothing is very chic to wear for work or for casual events. Good quality too and most importantly, their pockets on their clothing are real and functional."
