"Ordered something online for pickup that system said was in stock. Took them a day to say it was ready. Ended up not needing the item because it was needed for the prior day. Took me an hour on the phone with both store and corporate to cancel the order. Card was still charged and had to file a dispute bc item was never picked up and was told order was canceled yet charge still showed up on my card. Takeaway lesson: avoid this store and shop with another vender. It’ll save you a lot of headaches down the road."

"Unbelievable, never had this happen to me before. A nice gentleman greeted us as we walked in and told me that this lady was going to help us (to find a suit for my wedding). While she was helping me, other people came walking in and while I was talking to her and asking questions for advice, she turned to the other people and started helping them all of a sudden, completely ignoring me (us). To paint the picture, it was a quite Wednesday evening and there were other sales people available to help them. Very rude and incredibly disrespectful towards someone who was willing to spend a good amount of money for a wedding suit. They lost a potentially good costumer, they won't see me back, bye."
