"Unprofessionalism at its finest. Came in to see Lee (the owner) for a tattoo. Checked in and sat down and was told there would be a five minute wait. 2.5 hours later I’m told that he went to go get food. When he finally comes back, 30 MINUTES AFTER THAT he doesn’t even ask who’s next and chooses a previous client, without an appointment, who wasn’t there nearly as long as I was. Couldn’t wait any longer so instead I went to Junne. Tattoo ended up nice but instead of the picture I showed him he chose to do his own thing which isn’t what I asked for. He then proceeded to tell my girlfriend what she did and didn’t want included in her memorial tattoo for her grandmother, what happened to the customer being right? The staff and owner need some serious discipline and professionalism training. I understand we’re in the hood but come on now, let’s step it up. This place has too much clientele to be so nonchalant and unprofessional."
