"Whomever believes that this woman is nice and friendly is out of their mind. My mother and her aunt in law have gone to Connie for some time, but they have to keep cancelling for medical appointments. Ms. Connie was on the phone earlier, basically implying she only wanted our aunt Fran, because she tips nicely. She's downright rude and does not care about health situations of anymore. Bad business? I'd think so"
