"The store/building is definitely a health hazard. Couldn’t spend more than five minutes inside before eyes started watering, sneezing and coughing, and throat started to close up. Probably needs to be inspected, and I dunno, cleaned once in a while. Still feeling sick hours afterward. I don’t even have asthma or anything, seems super dangerous and I feel bad for the person working there."

"Just started a job in the medical field so needed scrubs. Came here to buy my first pairs, and the store had a super accessible layout. When I got home I noticed that the exact same style, design, and size pants that I’d tried on in the store, but a different color did not fit the same. They were short and way too tight on my thighs. I later noticed that everything was the same except one said Epic and one said Med Epic. Of course, I’d thrown away my tags and receipts so didn’t expect to be able to make a return. Because those didn’t fit, I went back and bought ones that would. I made sure that in case one pair was different and I didn’t notice it in the store, I kept the tags and receipts. I washed all of my pairs so I’d have them for the week and realized that one pair still didn’t fit like the others. I brought this pair (not worn at all, just washed once) back to the store with the tags and receipts and after taking a look at them they said “they were worn and I couldn’t return them”. I told her that I just bought them, cut tags off and washed them, and had NEVER warn them. She said even still that I couldn’t return them since so cut the tags off and washed them. I’ve spent hundred of dollars here on scrubs, and at any other retail store returning any item of unworn clothing with tags and the receipt is no big deal. Spending the amount of money I did in the first place on pants that fit that I couldn’t return was one thing, but not being able to return pants that I saved everything to since “you can’t put tags back on once they’re cut off” doesn’t seem correct, especially since other clothing stores do just that. If you go here, pay attention to the exact brand, type, size, and fit of the clothes you’re getting because usual returns are not accepted."
