"I have to say this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with an insurance company or any company for that matter !! I called in because my anxiety was so high about an upcoming surgery that had not been approved yet, I spoke with Christal who took her time to make sure she got the information i needed and even verified, she was so friendly and professional with such a great disposition. I asked Christal to speak to a manager to sing her praises of course, Christal put me on hold for a min came back and told me that she didn't want to keep me on hold and I would receive a call back as soon as she could, fast forward 25/30 mins I received a call from Jasonelle , Another super friendly and helpful person, she made sure I had everything I needed and even offered a ride for my surgery!! I know that some MCO's get a bad rep for attitude but let me just say from experience that i have never spoken to a rude person here. I really hope they all know how much we appreciate you!!!!"

"This is just about INDIA ( customer services rep )- From the moment she answered the phone to the end of our conversation, this woman is down right amazing!! She helped me for 35 minutes trying to get a patient his authorization for his eye injections. She stayed on the phone the entire time. She got the primary care office on 3 way call so I could speak with them, she even emailed the doctor for me to see if that would help. When getting on the phone with the primary care office, the ladies at the office didn't even care about what I needed, but India kept pushing and pushing for me. Those ladies at that office should take some pointers from you... She was the best customer service rep I have talked to. I am on the phone all day long at my job and when I tell you, INDIA went beyond my expectations, she really did!! I thank you darling, MORE PEOPLE NEED TO BE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD..
