"I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Vanessa. I got married on October 28, 2023. My now husband and I went to several places before finding Vanessa at Men’s Warehouse. I had a specific vision for the wedding colors and was having a difficult time putting the pieces together and finding what would match. We went back SEVERAL times and she made sure she took her time with us and that we were happy with our final order. She was so sweet and very funny which helped ease this very stressed out bride!"
"This was our second visit to Men's Wearhouse for our wedding suits and I did not want to leave a review the first time thinking it was maybe just a bad day. After our second visit yesterday, I was incredibly frustrated and unsatisfied with our visit. The first woman helping us was a dream. She answered all of my questions, let me test out different colors and looks on my fiancé, and was overall incredibly patient. Then another woman with wavy hair inserted herself in to our appointment. It did not bother me at first but my final straw was her speaking over me to tell my brother and fiancé to try on a different suit style because she didn't think they looked good in the first one. Her words exactly were "Those styles just aren't made for men like you two so maybe we scratch her idea and do what I am thinking instead". How incredibly unprofessional! She then inserted herself in to our groomsmen renting their suits and measured them for the wrong jacket. Our group information explicitly said no jackets, just vest and pants so as to why she even had a jacket for them to try on was beyond me other than ignorance and entitlement. I tried to stay close by to ensure she wasn't going to mess anything up but every time I turned to correct one issue, she seemed to be making another error that would have been avoided if she just checked the group information. Not to mention, when I corrected her and said our groomsmen will be only wearing vest, not jackets, she replied with "why would you choose that?" I feel bad only giving 2 stars because all other employees were excellent but this specific employee ruined the experience for us."
"Outstanding service! Sean, or Shaun, however he spells his name is amazing! Went in Tuesday to get measurements and to pick out a suit for my wedding in May. He was extremely knowledgeable, not afraid to say something wouldn’t look right and you could tell he had my best interest in mind. Came back in Friday with my Fiancé to pick out groomsmen suits and Sean immediately recognized me and helped me again and we got the same excellent service, and answered all questions that both my fiancé and I had! ASK FOR SEAN HE IS THE BEST."
"This is a horrible store and I HIGHLY advise going to a different location. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. Our horrendous experience first began when my fiancé visited this location to buy a suit for our wedding. The lady judged him by the way he was dressed and assumed he wasn't there to purchase anything. She went as far as to not service him and not let him try on clothes because, and this is what the sales associate said, "you're not going to buy anything anyway". She told him to make a wedding appointment if he wanted to try anything on and sent him out the door. This should have been the first red flag, but we decided to give this location a second chance as it was just one bad associate. We made a wedding appointment, and our second experience was somehow more terrible than our first visit. First, one of the sales associates at this location was wearing yoga pants and slippers, super unprofessional for a Men's Warehouse. Once they found out our appointment was not to rent, but to buy, he was given a suit to try on. The associates didn't even give him a vest to try on, the best man that was there helping out had to grab it for us. He was also fitted for a white collard shirt that was entirely too large for him. We looked for the associates that were helping us, and they just disappeared. After 15–20 minutes of waiting around, another nice associate came to help us get the right shirt and finally gave us some decent customer experience. Apparently booking an appointment doesn't mean anything because they will abandon you for another customer that walks through the door, and you will be left to fend for yourself. We called another location in White Marsh, and we apparently are not the first customers to have this experience. Even if it is a longer and an inconvenient drive, skip the headache and avoid this location at all costs. Please don't make the same mistakes we did."
"Absolutely horrible experience. Between being juggled between several employees on our initial visit to receiving screwed up orders less than 2 days before our wedding, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience. I checked with them several weeks before the wedding to ensure the color of the ties were correct since the display on our online dashboard seemed way too dark. I showed them the color of my Maid of Honor's dress and was assured it would be a close match. I was shown a color several shades lighter than I received - I needed a lilac color and received an eggplant color. This was blamed on "lighting." This was a stress on top of the fact that the Father of the Bride and Father of the Groom's tuxes were entirely too large. Their hands were completely covered by the jackets, the armholes on the vest were down to their waists, the pants dragged on the floor, and the pants were way too wide. We had to go in the day before the wedding and get this corrected though they refused to do anything about the width of the tuxes. The cherry on top of the unprofessional cake was when they told my dad that this whole issue was my fault and that I had "ordered it to fit that way." As my husband and I are checking out with the new ties we had to purchase, they are telling me that it's our dads' fault because they "refused to try on other fits." This was really two faced and unnecessary. They added an extreme amount of stress in the hours leading up to our wedding and it all could have been avoided. Will never do business with them again; you pay way too much money to be treated so poorly."
