"A bit disappointed. I go in looking to replace my current boots with the same ones. Unfortunately they didn't have my size. They were nice enough to let me try a size up and down, but decided I just wanted to get the right size shipped to my house. I wait a little over a week, and still no boots. I call the store asking about them, and they say they'll get back to me. I had to call like 8 times, just to get a answer after I was told they'd call me back in 15 minutes and over and hour later still nothing. Finally they tell me they don't know what happened, but they never got ordered. I get it, we're human. I'm not that upset they didn't order them...though I find it odd they forgot when the one guy was supposedly doing it as I walking out. It's the fact that they realized their mistake yet couldn't at least eat the cost to get them shipped overnighted or something. No, I was forced to wait another week+. Got the boots now, fit great. Store was fine, it's just the fact they couldn't help alleviate the problem quicker by just rush shipping it, rather than forcing the buyer to wait an additional week for a mistake they made."

"Same as always. Fast friendly and helpful. I was actually surprised that they had my boots in stock. (I have an extra wide foot and even with the kingtoe I typically have to order and wait) however I did send them out as I always get the toe cap installed."
