"If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I've never been so disgusted with a company in my life. I have a Hospital Indemnity Rider with them that pays me if I have to be admitted to the hospital. I was hospitalized at the end of March and it is now mid-August and I haven't received payment. They have given me excuse after excuse; my agent hasn't been very pro-active so I am now forced to deal with their claims department myself. My relationship with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare."
