"Been coming here for years and recently had a bad interaction with one of the employees. One of the older guys, who stocks the shelves said to me “where you going” when I didn’t even see anyone at the register. He then joked with one of the employees saying I harass everyone like he thought it was funny. Terrible customer service."
"I waited almost a year to post this to see if Aldi’s corporate would take any action and they kind of did, with no follow through: last summer, I went to this location with my mom. A woman invaded my personal space while standing in line, then started screaming when I asked her not to. The manager of this location then attempted to kick me and my mother out while I was paying, but not the woman who instigated the situation. I haven’t been back since and corporate said they’d attempt to have the manager apologize. She never did."
"I’ve been doing my family’s grocery shopping thru the Instacart app and this is the store I pick up my items. Sometimes they’re running low with specific items, but overall they have great quality service and a friendly staff."
