"A FedEx shipment from our law firm to USCIS was delayed and would not be delivered on the day of the filing (today). ASC was able to print the documents we needed filed extremely quickly. When the nobody was at the office to accept the forms, the driver went to a different USCIS office to attempt delivery; when the guard refused the couriered forms he took a picture of the building, wrote a notarized affidavit confirming the delivery attempt, and took everything to USPS for express shipment. Sam kept me updated at each step of the process and was incredibly helpful. Excellent speed, service, and professionalism for a reasonable price in urgent circumstances; we will certainly use this service again if another emergency arises."

"Horrible service with rude supervisor. Not only did he charge me twice to deliver a simple document and check from Arlington to DC, but he delivered it to the wrong address. Instead of calling me to tell me there was an issue, he just delivered it to some unknown address. Now the document is lost and he wants to charge me $25 to provide the receipt they gave him. Not only do I have to cancel the check, but I have to start all over again on a time sensitive issue that was due 2 days ago. I will NEVER use this service ever again and will Never recommend them to anyone. Overall I was charged For a failed service with a company who has Horrible Customer service. $42 for the original service and another $16 to wait in some line he was NEVER supposed to wait in. When he called me the next day for the $16 and I explained to him that I was in training at my new job, it didn’t stop there. Multiple missed calls and 4 harassing emails to get $16. When I called to figure out where they delivered my document, he started yelling and would not provide the information. I am appalled and disgusted. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life. I would provide zero stars if possible. Update: After I left this review, he emailed me these three harassing, racist, Xenophobic messages"
