I will never forget his FACE.. when I see him again I’m gonna Speak my Mind.!!! FEDEX GROUND IS THE WORST SERVICE.!!! I rather deal with Express.!!! To be honest.. SMFH"

"It is now the end of the fifth day since I received the first message from the company I ordered from saying my package would be arriving that day. Twice since that notice I've seen a FedEx truck within two miles of my home, yet over and over again when I check the tracking I read that there is an operational delay or some other nonsense. Now, there's not even a pretense that delivery is scheduled. No business should be allowed to treat a customer this way. My package, my property, should have been delivered promptly. FedEx, do what you're being paid to do."

"This FedEx location is a disgrace. I've seen drivers literally throw my packages from the front seat of their truck. They delivered a package that was damaged mid-transit and supposed to be returned to the shipper. Instead they delivered to me because they are LAZY. I've gotten to the point where I ask a retailer if they use FedEx, because I will not purchase from them. I've had conversations with corporate about this location and they claim the behavior has been addressed, however I do not believe it. The service here is absolute trash."

"Zero stars if possible!! They have always been an issue. Putting packages in front of my garage and me almost backing out over them. Luckily I have a backup camera in my car. Blue apron orders not being priority getting bad food. And now this. If this is too heavy for her to handle, she should not be handling it. It didn't upload as a video, but she is picking a side up and letting the other side fall. She is trying to roll a rectangular package, meaning it is being dropped over and over."
