"They said my package was out for delivery then delivered 2 minutes later when it was intact not delivered, my package then “sat” in a warehouse for over a week where it got scanned 7 different times, custom service was trash and only answered me one time, when it was finally delivered 9 days after they originally said it was delivered it was very clearly ripped open and taped back together and half my package was missing. I would pay extra to not have my package shipped through them, the worst shipping experience I’ve ever had and so disappointing"

"I ordered from 3 different companies and all 3 times I had to get a refund from the companies I bought from. They delivered my package 11PM AT NIGHT. Which caused my package to be stolen. The second time they couldn't enter the lobby area of the apartment building. I asked why can't you deliver in front of the door. They said it was due to theft. They discarded my items based on their tracking services. Then the third time I was called by them to schedule me to get the package. I told them I work evenings and will be home till a certain time. They were polite on the phone. But I wasted my entire morning waiting for them. Still waiting in limbo. When you buy something and a company uses lasership email them and cancel your order. All I gain from using this company is a headache and a waste of time."

"This company is a scam!!!!!! They steal your packages and lie to the customers. First message that I received said that they attempted to deliver my package which is a bold face lie. Now I cannot speak to an agent in real time to track my package. They need to be reported. I hope that nobody ever does business with this scamming company."
