"What a scam of a company. Stay well away they quote one amount then dramatically increase (im talking nearly double!) the cost when they send the invoice and have your freight at ransom. We have sent about 4 shipments with them now. With the thought that the problems were teething problems and wouldn't happen again. But no, every single shipment we have problems. The most recent they say our cargo is not ready for collection on the 19th then on the 20th we email in and attempt to call 4 times with no answer. We asked if our cargo was ready... no response, then on the 21st we get an email saying it needs to be picked up by the end of that day but the labels hadn't been stuck on yet, then we get an email saying extra storage costs are needed!! what a joke. stay away from these guys you will regret using them and so will your bank balance!"
