"Pitt-Ohio is trash! My deliveries are supposed to come to the loading dock and they are forever leaving them at the front door. Which makes it hard to get them to the basement of the building."

"Never again if I can help it would I use Pitt Ohio for shipping delivery. We ordered a pallet of tile for our bathroom. After receiving notice that it was delivered, upon arriving home, the delivery was terrible. Half of the boxes were destroyed, tile was falling out, the pallet itself was busted. And of course we had busted tile. Complete disregard for taking any kind of care for a customer's order. Pathetic. The process of trying to get any kind of reimbursement for their awful delivery is a joke too. Its like pulling teeth to get anyone to want to acknowledge that they destroyed our delivery and actually take ownership. In fact I had tile delivered back in July and I am still fighting with Pitt Ohio to this very day to get reimbursement on the shipping. Waste of time and effort. This company could care less about customer service."

"Waiting three weeks and three no-shows for delivery. I live 20 miles from their warehouse. Three times they told me “it’ll be on the truck tomorrow”. Now it’ll be 3 or 4 January at the earliest. I’m tempted to drive there myself and pick it up or ask them to give it to UPS or FEDEX. Why can’t the No. 1 trucking company in the northeast get a truck to my house?"
