"This company sent people to deliver my parents chairs. One of the guys were quiet while the other guy was very nasty. I put my speaker in while I called the company whom I bought the chairs from and she couldn’t believe what she was hearing. They refused to take the old chair( which I paid them to do). And the guy wouldn’t even listen to take a message that the lady told me to give him. He wanted me to sign so I asked the lady if I should sign and her reply was not until he takes the old chair. I told her he was walking out the gate and leaving. She told me she would get back with me. Dan called me from DF YOUNG and told me they were not comfortable taking the old chair and I would need to call who I ordered the chairs from and get the fee back for taking the old chair. I explained what I had went through this morning and he didn’t even respond to it. I will tell everyone on my experience with DF YOUNG. Before I order again I will ask who the delivery company is, if they say DF YOUNG, I will not order."
