"This is the most unprofessional company! Finally received my package after relentless calls made in which there was always a different excuse/lie told. Never received a call back although I was told numerous times someone would. The BBB will be notified about this business! Don’t understand why Zara would use this company. I will pay the extra money for shipping as to not have to ever deal with this HORRIBLE company again!"

"I am going through a horrible experience with T-Force Last Mile out of Hanover, MD for a delivery to my home. My order was marked by the driver as delivered on 12/2/2023 and the item wasn’t delivered. I provided their customer service team with videos and pictures from my home video surveillance system showing proof. Endless calls to TForce who hasn’t received a response from the local Hanover delivery team. Im now waiting 10 days for investigation. They either lost my package or the driver stole it! Do not do business with this shipping company. They have a (F) BBB rating."

"I gave them one star because I couldn't give them less. DO NOT USE!! This company is a mess and has zero accountability. Their employees don't care the Management team is absent this business is horrible. Your canned response that everyone of your reviews get is further evidence of the carelessness that exists in your service business. We shipped three pallets and have shipped with you hundreds of times in the past. This is probably the last time we will use you and have to find a company that has a shred of reliability. The support in India is horrible and we have only received two of the three pallets. We shipped all three together under one PRO# and are at a full standstill in our project because two of the three got to our destination. We will have to file a claim for the lost electronics on that shipment today. Your PRO is 010429134 you have promised to deliver the missing pallet several times and we still don't have it. Today is another promise that will probably go the same way."

"UPDATE: This company updated the status as “DELIVERED” but there was nothing at the doorstep. My package was lost and the customer service even won’t pick up the phone. Hopefully other customers won’t go through this terrible experience. Wasted my precious time on contacting them so many times. This company deserves 0 star. The WORST shipment company EVER. It’s been over a week since the package was delivered to their facility, and contacted this company a few times, but the package is still not here."

"It appears that my experience is like so many others. This company refused to deliver my package to my home address -- the address where I receive items all the time. They then told me to reach out to the retailer, who has no idea what is going on. It's now 8 days later and the items I ordered to wear to a very special event are nowhere to be found. I'm truly stunned that reputable retailers are contracting a company that appears to "misplace" people's items regularly."
