"Used R&L for our companies main LTL Carrier (Mistake), spent thousands on them every week for about a 2 months. After looking into the track record we found out that 1 out of every 3 shipments with them ended up being damaged to the point the product was unusable. They would never cover the damages, always make some kind of excuse and then stop answering emails, phone calls, etc. Point is do not use this company the drivers are horrible and rude and the customer service people are less than worthless. Better off paying a group of one armed chimps to deliver your products."
