Joanne hung up on me and is just very very disrespectful. I have been trying for months to reach the owner (roberto) however he’s never there no matter what time. If you check yelp & other platforms they have reviews on most of them are 1 star. They respond to reviews to try to save face but they don’t care about customers or employees. AGAIN save your money & time from this money hungry company."

"Called on a Tuesday about a game table that had been delivered to them by a freight company the previous Friday. Sat on hold for over 10 minutes while they tried to find any information on said table. They finally got back on the line to say they were having trouble finding paperwork on it, and they would call me back when they found it. Cue an already bad feeling about this whole thing. Twenty minutes later, they called back to say they had located it, and it would be delivered on Friday between 12pm-5pm. I made plans to be home all Friday afternoon to accommodate their rather large delivery window. They called Friday morning to say that they would no longer be delivering it that day, and instead would be transferring it to their Virginia delivery center for delivery on Monday. Apparently, it took them multiple days to discover how far our home in Virginia is from BWI, since they obviously didn't bother to check this before giving us a delivery window. Now I have to plan to sit home yet another afternoon (not holding my breath that it'll actually arrive then, either), and explain to some disappointed kids who had planned to play with their new table over the weekend that they'll now have to wait even longer because someone couldn't be bothered to spend two minutes checking Google maps until the actual day of delivery."

"Despite calling and scheduling a 4 hour delivery window 1 week in advance, I was told my delivery would arrive between 10a and 2pm. By 1:30pm I called and was told the truck would be here "any minute". By 2:45pm I called again and was told the driver should have notified me if he was late (he didn't), and was reassured again he would be here within the hour. Still no delivery by 4pm. Horrible service, would never use again if you value your time."
