"This little store has gone to hell in a hand basket. My mom paid for gas (just recently,) but the pumps weren't working. The woman working swore she refunded the money to my mom's card. Said the refund would show up in 24-48hrs. Well its several days later and the money was never refunded! The owner could care less and isnt giving my mom her refund. On top of that, now there are charges on her account from yesterday, but my mom wasn't even there, & didn't buy anything yesterday! There's 3 charges, one for $21 something, one for $6 something and one for 9 cents! She talked to the guy who owns the store, he said he isn't responsible and that it isn't his problem. He doesnt care to resolve the issue, or figure out which employee is responsible. Going to make a complaint to the BBB. Not only did they steal over $40 from the gas that my mom never got, someone at that store skimmed my mom's card. Definitely won't be going to Little Super anymore. The owner is a thief. If you do give them your business and you dare to use your card, check your account in the days after! The gas thing should have easily been resolved. They have cameras to see the gas was never pumped, they can see the money was never refunded. It's appalling!! Would give zero stars if I could. Stealing from my mom-that's disgusting."
"The gas pumps are rigged. On September 27th, 2023 I was charged several times for gas that did not come out of the TWO pumps I tried. When I went into the store, the clerk acted very blase', uninterested, and hostile, as if I were blaming her for the owner's actions. She assured me that she credited all of the charges. She did not credit the charges. And, I went to the store to complain, on the 27th. I did not buy ANYTHING. Yet, I have charges to my debit card for the 27th! What's wrong with this picture? The manager is in the hospital, the clerk who could make decisions was not there, and the clerk helping me did not even know her boss's name, ya know, the man who signs her paychecks. I called the manger today, who would not even offer his name. He played off the incident also. So, Little Super robbed me of of over $70 that I do not have. Today I have filed a complaint against Little Super with the Better Business Bureau AND the Pa. Dept. Of Weights And Measures to address the gas pumps that charge you for NO gas. The manager will not work with me on HIS mistake. They need to be investigated. What else are they ripping me off for? To the owner of Little Super: YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON, buddy. Update on October 3, 2023. I notified the Bureau of Weights and Measures of Beaver County to check the gas pumps. He said there was no skimmer on the pumps. Little Super's owner said "it was my bank's fault." Gee, I went to my Credit Union today, and guess what? It's not my credit union's fault, nor my fault, but Little Super's fault. Now that I have the paperwork to prove that charges were made to my debit card are unlawful, I plan on trying to speak to the rude, non-chalant Indian manager again and have HIM check his cash register, which is very easy to do. The manager can't be bothered by a problem that a loyal customer for decades is having. He can't be bothered by being helpful and checking transactions for me for September 25, 26. and 27. He must be busy ordering cannabis smoking paraphenalia, such as junky pipes, ashtrays, rolling papers, cones, oh, and the putrid incense. The store won't last long, I predict."
"Little convenience store that's been on this corner forever. May not always have what you want, but it gets you through. Gas prices are kept at a local level - never "best" choice, never last."
"I was in there several times and I always get manager. She always ignores customers and does her own thing while we wait. I ordered lunch meat, and she about took a fit. Starting slamming things around and when she put it on counter, she basically threw it. . I will never go there again. I feel customers come first and should be treated with respect. She doesn't do that."
"Great little convenience store. Given that there's not another for several miles, the prices are fair. They have homemade breakfast sandwiches in the morning and a fresh deli. All the staff are friendly. Best part about this store is they sell Anderson's Candy chocolate bars and other treats."
