I get my car and everybody’s telling me well too bad you didn’t purchase the additional insurance because you already had your own insurance….so now you’re out more money after paying THOUSANDS to ship the car. There’s cheaper companies with better service! So if you use them, beware that they can do whatever they want to your car and it has no repercussion for them. Trash customer service."

"I have been patient enough waiting for the import paperwork our car that I paid your company to ship to me (Ramstein, Germany to Gulfport, MS). The car was delivered to us on May 26, 2022, with zero documentation. I have called about receiving the documentation to register my car for over two months now and just keep being told “keep an eye on your email”. This is unacceptable that I paid your company $2,880.00 to ship my car, it arrives filthy, and now it’s been sitting for over two months because we can’t register it. I tried calling again today and now the message is to write this email. UNACCEPTABLE!"

"I am importing two motorcycles (2022 built) and one Vespa (1978 built), I hired All Ways International Shipping about a month in advance of the arrival of my motorcycles to get my imported items cleared from customs at the port of Baltimore. I provided everything requested by COB June 15 and on June 16 morning I got an email that goes find another broker without any explanation why back out at the last minute. I have email couple of times to get response of what happened then what proof you need but no response so far as of 6/17/22 (11:47 AM) Had to find another shipping broker to do clearance and pay extra for the last minutes of rush and possible container delay at the port. Opened a case with BBB too. Do not hire this company or you may end up paying extra too."
