"An employee who was not on the clock was behind the counter and not in uniform hanging out with her friends. They cut us in line and were obnoxious, they then proceeded to call me and my boyfriend a slur and chase us out of the store telling us to "never come back". Trust, we won't. Don't go here."

"Great store Very clean the employees are awesome. The manager of the store runs this store the best I've seen in year's shes always working. Used to be the store was dirty and the shelves were bare. Now the shelves are fully stocked and the store is clean and organized. I saw my last review and had to change it. My last review reflected what I saw in the last manager. This one now very professional and super nice. Its a pleasure to shop there now before it wasn't Bravo to whomever promoted her to management She always was an excellent employee now shes an excellent manager Nice job Keep up the good work folks"

"Usually a great experience, But I can't stand when Cora is working. Shes always so rude. If you're young and white, that's fine. But God forbid you're a young black man, you will get nothing but disrespect from her. I watched her scold two young black boys today for simply trying to shop. She accused them of stealing for putting items in a bag while they shopped, while another (white) woman did the same thing and she didn't say a word to her. I come to the new castle location regularly and this is the only time there is ever issues is when she's working."
