"Just yesterday I went to the store asked if they had this one swearer available so one of the workers took me to the manager and asked her if they had it she was like no we don't have it, so I start looking for it which it didn't take me more than a minute to find it. Worst part of it all is that the freaking sweater was right next to her. Like seriously how is she going to be a manager and can even bother to look up an item the computer. Worst of all was her attitude when I asked her another question about an item being on a sale which she replied no. So I'm leaving check the receipt and the item I ask was on sale which if I knew this before I would of bought more. Worst experience ever. Manager really not suited for her job."

"Worst store Hollister in Springfield mall ive ever shop in today @ 11:26am, Grabbed some hoodies and one of them didnt have a price tag, so the girl at the counter said" she cant sell it coz theres no tag. To which i replied "how is that my proplem if there is not a price tag attached to it. Other cashier was telling her that she could scan it another way, but she told him that its the last one so we cant sell and just cant. So i said, Well thats DISAPPOINTING since its my first time to shop here. Paid for whatever they can sell me and went my merry way. Only to come home and find out that one of the item that they sold me has a hole and one of them has the security pin still attached to it. Out of 4 items, Foolery that they dont want to sell me an item without the price tag attach to it, whilst sells me an item that has a damage to it. hollister co. What in the foolery is this...???"

"All the young staff there are getting paid to chat about their life and do not care whether customers are in their store or not. They keep talking and talking. If the store closes down, they will be responsible for the consequence because they wouldn't do their job providing the customer support that customers need."

"Great clothes and customer service. Lady manager always helps me out with finding jeans and doing exchanges, overall nice patient people. Been shopping here for awhile now since closer than Tysons and not so packed, only complaint is that their music never seems to change, I’m sure the workers have gone insane or on their way. Like someone mentioned before, no Christmas music during holidays was a bit sad."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful! The store is clean and has great variety of styles. An associate named Soyuz helped me by signing me up for Club Cali and told me the promotions of the day. I saved $10 off my entire purchase and got help selecting outfits for my daughter’s back to school shopping. Definitely coming back!"
