"Great company to work for. You’ll make more money as a driver than you’ll ever make for doing basically drop and hook. The benefits and 401k were exceptional as well. I worked for the company for nearly 6 years. However, I would not recommend working at the West Middlesex terminal. The”Linehaul Supervisor” and his “bully” mentality is not worth working there. I have never worked for an individual who wasn’t very blatant in making you feel like you do not matter. You may be reading this and thinking it’s just someone blasting a place who is bitter. That is fine. I am simply giving you my opinion of working there. My advice, check out a different terminal if you are truly interested."

"I have always been happy with Estes service and prices. Yesterday a driver named Nate went beyond his duties to help me with a delivery of boxes. I recently had back surgery and couldn't lift heavy boxes. It was in extreme heat. I am very thankful for his kindness."
