"Good quality clothing but over priced. The customer service is horrible. My husband needed a suit for an event we purchased a suit & it needed to be altered was told he could pick it up on Thursday. He went back after work on Thursday & not only was the suit not even touched the tailor had thrown it in a corner & didn’t know which suit was his. My husband called me extremely upset telling me what’s happening & I can hear the lady & my hubby arguing bcuz he wants his money back in which now he’s told it’s a no refund policy in which it’s no sign stating this. She now calls the owner tells the owner he states no refund & the suit would be ready in 2 hrs. All while now the tailor is now in the back working on the suit. The owner & a few others came to the store & the outcome was they stood by their no refund the tailor did the alterations & my hubby left with the suit."
