"The store is fine.. It's just the check out process is less than desirable. You have to line up in one gigantic line and they call you one by one to the register. That's such an antiquated way of ringing customers up. People don't want to stand in a long line. As soon as I see the long line, I'm leaving the store."

"I have had two experiences with employees that need some customer service training. 1 staff member rolled her eyes at me after I asked for a discount on a toy that had a damaged box since I was donating it. Another was very rude to me after I walked into the store 19 minutes before closing to quickly check out a section so that I could know if a visit to purchase some items was worth it for the next day but they refused to let me browse for 5 minutes. If y’all close at 10:50 then say that instead of speaking like you are above someone when they come in during your hours of operation."
"Always find the best things when I go there! The customer service is always great, may have a bit of a longer line sometimes but they always work to get to you super fast and never have you there for too long."
"Cashiers and attendants are great. However, their discount policy needs upgrading. You can only get a discount on Tuesdays, regardless of how much you spend. Sneakers are always in good supply, but regular shoes are limited. You can rarely find a nice pair of shoes to match a dress. Overall, Ross is a good store to shop."
