"Listen, I had somewhere to go to a friend of mine told me to visit this store. I did it was a great shopping experience and I actually found the perfect shirt for the event I was attending.Good customer service and the cashier was excellent. I will return for another shopping experience. The store was clean and nothing out of place.. A store in our backyard in Oxon Hill."

"I got half way down the street and opened my bag to place my receipt in my purse. While doing so, I noticed that the sensor was left on my shirt. When I went back into the store Winter was at the register. Cierra rang me up. As I approached the register, Winter just gave me a look of disgust for some odd reason. She did not even say “how may I help you”. I said the sensor was left on my shirt. She got loud and said WHAT???? I repeated, the sensor was left on my shirt. She said loudly again, OKAY!!!! Like it was my fault. She snatched my bag, snatched the shirt out of my bag, removed the sensor and then handed me back my bag. Not once did she apologize for the sensor being left on my shirt or the inconvenience of me wasting my gas and time to turn back around. Despite her nastiness during my entire encounter, I still thanked her for removing the sensor and she said NOTHING. The store that I visited was in the Rivertowne Commons, Oxon Hill, Maryland."

"I shopped here yesterday at 8 something pm & the guy JAMES C. that was working as a cashier was super unprofessional like he hated his job.. No kind of customer service whatsoever, he didn’t greet/speak NOTHING!!!! Only thing he said was (with a nasty attitude) “Apple Pay doesn’t work on this register” & told me my price for the item.. Wow, sir if u don’t want the job why did u fill out the application??? DO BETTER & remember which location u are at bcuz the next person might not be so nice & let u slide like I did."

"I shopped at this store literally 2 times, I wanted to return some shirts that were a large but literally fit like a small. Not there fault but their policy is store’s fault. They don’t do returns only exchanges and store credit….,why? I didn’t pay with store credit I paid with my debit card, they said they don’t put money back on credit cards but once again I didn't use a credit card. Their reason for not doing refunds is because the clothes are marked down at a discounted price but yet the have pants that’s sale for $42. The clothes were perfectly fine with tags still on them, and I had it for two days which was within their 14day policy return. Forcing your customers to do store credit or and exchange just so they can keep coming back to your store is ridiculous, you don’t need to do that people will still shop their regardless because the clothes look okay it just simply was not my size and I don’t shop practically at all at that store so I didn’t have a need for store credit. The cashier nice lady but her customer service skills need some work badly, she didn’t want to hear me at all. Policy doesn’t say anything at debit cards. They won’t lose any sleep over someone like me choosing not to shop their, but hey I won’t shop there and I lost my money and that’s messed up. Plus no customer service number to call at all, what kind of retail store is this really."
