"I’m sorry, but I have to agree with the other reviewers - I’m never in danger of being over-greeted when I enter this store -as a matter of fact, I’m never greeted at all, walked past very closely by salespeople and not acknowledged-how insulting. No one wants an intrusive staff, but I’ve been amazed by the stuck up attitudes of the workers there who seem to be confusing class with rudeness. The clothes are nice, and laid out neatly -what’s missing is the acknowledgement of me as a customer whose $ helps provide them with a job? No connection made there. I’ve seen nice stores get ruined/go downhill in this way -I don’t think even J Crew can afford to do this in today’s retail atmosphere. A simple hello will do."
