"I went to H&M in this mall… went to this store around 10 am today, not one employee said hello or offered help. Not one ounce of soul took my items when I went in/out of the fitting room. I’m fine with shopping & being left alone but hello would be nice! WEIRD"

"I shop at this Zara quite often but my rating is solely for the Zara employee, Malik. His patience with assisting me with my returns (which were many, from my store pickup orders) kept me at ease. He was thorough, kind and truly embodied good customer service. Thank you Malik for making my shopping experience a pleasure and for being so kind."

"Don't shop here unless you walk to the register and ask the cashier if her name is Taylor, because she will be the only employee there that will give you GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The line was long when I visited this store and the young lady was the only cashier. She greeted every customer pleasantly with a smile and apologized for any mishaps that she didnt have control of, while the managers and sales associates act as if customer service was not a big deal at Zara. I hope they hire more like Ms.Taylor."

"OMG!! I TRAVELED FROM DELAWARE TO ANNAPOLIS, MARYLAND BECAUSE I THOUGH IT WOULD BE CLOSER THEN GOING TO CHERRYHILL ,NEW JERSEY LOCATION. I GOT THERE EARLY BEFORE THEY OPEN SO I WOULDNT HAVE TO STAND IN A LONG LINE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. I WANTED TO PURCHASE A COUPLE OF ADDITIONAL ITEMS. HOWEVER, I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE UPKEEP OF THE STORE. WALKING IN I WAS EXCITED BECAUSE I SEEN SOME NEW ITEMS. ONCE I STARTED WALKING AROUND I SEE THAT THE STORE WASNT RECOVERED FROM THE PRIOR DAY. CLOTHES WERE EVERYWHERE PILED UP LIKE I WAS IN A GOODWILL STORE AND GOODWILL STORE IS MUCH MORE ORGANIZED. THE WORKES WERE NOT FRIENDLY AND UNRESPONSIVE WHEN I TRIED TO INTERACT WITH THEM. THEY WERE RUNNING AROUND LIKE THEY WERE BUSY BUT NOTHING WAS BEING DONE. THE WORKER HAD TO REPORT THAT HER REISTGER HAD MORE MONEY IN IT THEN WHAT SUPOSE TO BE IN IT. THE DRESSING ROOM AREA HAD SO MANY CLOTHES JUST ALL OVER AS WELL IN THE OPEN STORE AREA. IT WAS HARD TO SEE WHAT THE STORE HAD WHEN MOST OF THE CLOTHING WAS LAYING ABOUT AND NOT DISPLAYED PROPERLY. IT HAD ME WONDERING IF COOPERATE KNOW WHATS GOING ON. I FELT LIKE A SECRET SHOPPER FOR SURE. I HOPE THAT ZARA GET IT TOGETHER,THEY DO HAVE NICE CLOTHES. THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN AT 11AM WHEN THE STORE OPEN."
