I was unsure where to start, however, Gaby came to the rescue, and I left with more than I expected. She attentively listened to my concerns, suggested fantastic pieces, and I ended up purchasing most of her recommendations. I will definitely return to the store in Clarendon Blvd- Arlington, VA, especially for her. Please convey my thanks to Gaby for delivering outstanding service! "I’ve been coming to this store for several years now and customer service has been lacking until today. Gabby greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. She and Monica were both very helpful, patient and amazing. Gabby “started” a room and helped me pick sizes I requested while Monica checked in on me while I was in the fitting room and grabbing different sizes for me. Gabby helped place orders for sizes they didn’t have. When they weren’t helping customers Monica were straightening displays and putting clothes away. Great selection of clothes. I bought 5 tops and a pair of amazing black pants! Was there a change in management? Keep up the great work!!!"

"I was in Clarendon for work today and decided to stop in to see if I could find a couple of pieces for work. Before I could get past the first display, I heard a voice say, “hi, our Loft store is in Pentagon. They have plus sizes there.”……. I was so embarrassed and offended. I continued to go to the shoe sales section where I turned around and there was a salesperson standing behind me as if I was being followed. Definitely not a good experience. Kindness would have been nice. I believe most shoes and accessories fit everybody right? Smh."

"I needed a business professional wardrobe for my new job. Before this my most formal outfit was leggings and a flannel shirt. I didn’t trust buying clothes online without knowing measurements and sizing details so I went here, and I’m so glad I did. The salespeople were Susana and Monica and they really knew their business. I tried on a dress and it didn’t look great. Monica took one look at me and came back to the dressing room with a new dress, which I never would’ve picked for myself and said, “This one will work better for someone with your torso proportions.” She was right. Susana brought me trousers and recommended which types of shirts to pair them with, and again, the outfits looked great on me. The clothes I bought are formal, attractive, and comfortable. I seriously did not think a combo of all three was possible. The regular prices are expensive, so I recommend you choose sale items."
