"I have been usinge this service since my truck broke down. Frankly, the drivers have been pretty good and work with me but the dispatcher is the worst. Arrogant, belligerent like they don't need Well, like other companies depending on customers, they need to understand that their customers are blood line. Without us, the company doesn't exist. I've been an executive in Fortune 500 companies and if I had dispatchers like them , I would hang them in the backyard. Arrogant, belligerent, disrespectfui I can't say enough about their drivers, they should be given an award, dealing with what they deal with."

"This company is the worst ever not all of the drivers some are very disrespectful. On November 8, 2021. Time 1205 I was driving Trading Place in Dundalk and at corner of Center Place, there a Stop sing there. I was driving on Trading Place a mid size Green Sedan came right through the Stop sign on Center place , he never stop. The driver had the nerve to throw up his middle finger knowing that he was wrong for running a Stop sign. This company needs to be investigated"

"I'm giving this one star because no stars is not an option. The drivers for this company a very careless. I've encountered this in the past but specifically this morning. Car # 24 ran a red light at Merritt and Wise going at a very high rate of speed and nearly hit us as we were turning onto Wise Ave. The driver then, with a passenger in the car laid on the horn and yelled as if it was our fault they ran the red-light. The driver proceeded to pace us all the way up Wise Ave. Road Rage driving and red light runningWTG Green Sedan!"

"I didn't even use this company however, a little before 6am on Tuesday October 6th 2020, I was driving with my 3 year old daughter to drop her off at the babysitter. I was on Belclare at the light at Sollers Point Road. When the light turned green, I attempted to make my approach onto Sollers Point when one of their drivers, in a minivan, blew through the red light. I was INCHES away from being T-Boned as the driver made zero attempt to stop or even slow down. I am also 4 months pregnant. I called to report the incident and was basically told to F off. They accept no responsibility for their driver who, honestly at the speed they were going, could have very well killed me and my daughter. DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY. They don't care about getting you to your destination safely."
