"I have been here twice to return Amazon packages for my self and someone else. I’m not sure of his name however he is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. I have been equally blown away with how the service is here. When I had questions he answered them without hesitation or irritation. When I could not find my bar code he showed patients as I was getting frustrated with myself. I didn’t think I can return without proper packaging but he helped me by going above and beyond. After everything was done he said thank you and have a good day. It was not busy here at the times I went however parking was limited in front of the store."
