"IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!!! I called at 5:30pm and it is now 11:41pm, no cab. When I called they hung up on me. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!"

"We needed a taxi to get to the airport. We waited outside at 3:40 in the morning for a cab that should have been arriving at 3:52 only to be told that we were a “no show”; no taxi driver called us and there was no communication that the ride had been canceled. It wasn’t until after waiting several minutes past the time they should have arrived that I called, so we were already late but were told that the call would be put back out. After 5 more minutes we called because we hadn’t heard anything and we were informed by two very rude operators (one operator and one dispatcher) that there was never a second call put out. Again, the dispatcher stated that she would put the call out but rushed me off the phone before I could ask about the wait times. We were at this point so late that we had to cancel the taxi altogether. Completely unreliable, unkind, and unprofessional."

"I called a cab at 8am today and 2.5 hours later I was still waiting on a cab. This is the worst taxi service I have ever experienced. I will never use this taxi again."

"ZERO STARS! This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only reason they got one star is so that I could write this review. NEVER book a wheelchair pick up from the place! Operator number 6 informed me that even though a reservation is made, they cannot guarantee that the wheelchair adapted vehicle would be available on the day of the scheduled pick up.This is exactly what happened to my son when he called 48 hours in advance for a wheelchair pick up. On the scheduled day of pick up, my son called to find out why the cab which he had reserved had not arrived at it’s 12:10 pick up time. He was then informed that there were no wheelchair cabs available. There was no courtesy call to inform him of the status of the cab he reserved. Don’t promise what you cannot provide, Silver Cabs. And don’t get angry with the customer because you cannot provide that which you gave the impression you would provide. Taxi Taxi, Inc./Silver Cabs, whatever your company name, you need to train your employees on what good customer service looks and sounds like. The company also needs to be clear on and take seriously what it means to provide wheelchair accessible vehicles to those who have to depend on others for their transportation needs. If you can’t responsibly provide the service...don’t offer it. Providing the opportunity to reserve a wheelchair accesssible vehicle that may or may not be available on the day you need it is not really the same as providing a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Discourteous and unreliable service...I’ll be sure to spread the word."
