"After a very disappointing visit to Ann Taylor, I ended up here to purchase a new business suit. I didn't have an appointment but Melissa got me into her schedule. She was impecably dressed and more than fabulous at helping me choose the right pieces. She took everything to a fitting room, exchanged sizes for me when needed and even brought jewelry that complimented the suits for me to try on. I ended up buying 4 pieces from her. Highly recommend the attention to detail of this store."

"I tried shopping at this location rather than Tyson's Corner on Monday 8/19/19 and will never be going back again. I was completely ignored by all of the staff. Some were helping other customers so I won't hold that against them, but others were not busy. No one checked on my sizes while I was in the dressing room or even asked if I needed anything. I was planning to make a large purchase but decided against it due to the lack of hospitality. I had to seek out a staff member and she was new so she asked a more experienced team member who made me wait while she took a call. When I finally had her attention she pointed to where I needed to go instead of walking me over there and showing me exactly where the item was. There was also drama/attitude amongst the team members when asked to get an item or help ring. I was very unimpressed with this location and will not waste my time there again."
