"As a pregnant woman, I was a little surprised at the lackluster customer service here. It seemed to me like the employees looked me up and down, assumed I wouldn’t buy anything (while also watching me the entire time), and didn’t even say goodbye when I left. I’d rather spend my money at a WHBM where I feel more welcome."

"I was a HUGE WHBM lover for many years but several years ago, this location rubbed me the wrong way (went multiple times and after being in the store for 10-15min, I was never greeted or helped...even when my husband went with me) so I swore to myself I would never go back to this Ffx Corner location. But, today, I took a chance as I needed a funeral outfit and I am so, so glad I did. The company "cleaned" house (which they needed as I looked back at their old reviews) and the manager and Laura went above and beyond to help me. First and foremost, both of them said hello immediately after I walked in and was genuinely kind and helpful navigating me through the outfits. Thank you for all your help, Laura. It was a pleasure meeting you and I can honestly say that you are the reason why I will now start shopping WHBM again, especially at the Fairfax Corner location."

"I just made a purchase at that store. Even tho I know I was hesitant on taking the decision of buying 2 items or just one. The young lady there gave me a bad attitude as if she was angry and upset. I felt she couldnt bear me and didn't want to finish my transaction! Again I was hesitant but I don't think that's how one should feel when going to a store! Where is customer service and patience! I wasn't happy at all. I'm sorry I'm giving a 1 star but I would avoid going to that location fo fear of feeling the same way !"

"I love WHBM. I've been shopping over a decade. I even worked one season there for extra money. I just was in at the location in Fairfax Corner and I'll tell you I will NEVER go back to this one all as a result of the manager. As I know that when you shop there and you use the dressing room, without asking, they will bring you a variety of other things to try on. We were limited on time and I wanted to try one shirt on quickly and asked her not to bring me in anything else. My impression was she was put off by my request. I blew it off, but when she made a negative remark to my gf how I said that it really pushed me to write this review. Unless that manager is no longer there I will not go back to this location. ."
