"Do not open on time no one answers the phone...been waiting for a while outside and been calling going on 45mins. I dont jave a rainbow in my area so when i come to middle river i stop by...unprofessional not to be open on time and more so answer the phone. Update.... do not fold clothes after I took my time to help fold the clothes so it wouldn't be wrinkled for the person that open their gift....she unfolds to ball the clothes up after I told her could she please make sure they was not balled up...2nd time after I ask I said ms I'm not trying to give a wrinkle gift it's already a cheap gift but it's cute....I know rainbow is not the mall however I like my clothes as they was told in a interview to fold clothes then put in the bag....my clothes I don't care how it's put in the bag but when it's a gift I would like for it to be nice and wrinkled free..."

"I personally never had an issue with Rainbow. I haven’t been to this location in a while. But my disappointment is that I came here right at opening time. The doors were still locked so I waited. It still remained locked 25 mins after opening and had several people stop by waiting outside. 3mins later a staff member from inside came out from the other door and left like people had not been waiting to come in. Very unprofessional never returning here again."
