"Purchased a skirt, realized a size change was needed. Skirt purchased on 08/25/2017. Returned the skirt on 09/01/2017. First the woman asked what is wrong with the skirt, told her it doesn't fit well, need a different size, she made it seem like I had to justify why it was being returned. Then the lady proceedes to ask are you sure it has not been worn. She clearly did not want to exchange the item. The worst part is that she said today is the 8th day as though she was doing a favor by even considering the exchange. I looked at the calendar and said this is the seventh day, she told me that it was not. Please do not shop here, I could say more but I digress. Do Not shop here!"

"I purchased a dress and later realized it had a holes in the lace. Thankfully I took pics in the dressing room of the store. Looking at the pics I seen that the hole was definitely there prior to me purchasing. I came back to the store with the receipt and the pics to show for an exchange or a discount and the owner would not exchange it bcuz it's a 7 days return policy and I had the dress for 8 days. She offered no recourse besides a petty $5 on a $35 dress I cannot wear. The customer svc at this point was horrible. I had pics to show the dress had a hole even before I bought it. She was not helpful nor did she care. I work hard for my money to just be throwing it away. The sad part is I absolutely loved the store but will NEVER purchase here again. If anyone choose to shop here I suggest u thoroughly inspect ur clothes before buying bcuz pics (in the dressing room) and having ur receipt means nothing to this store. To the owner I hope u start to do better by ur customers before u end up going out of business."

"The salesperson was excited, friendly and knowledgeable. Bought a tulle skirt that I get raves every time I wear it. Can't wait to visit the store again to purchase an African print for the summer."
