"As a regular customer at Calvin Klein we are use to there nice employees and good clothes. As we were paying an employee named Nicolas Austin was rude and yelled at us as were merely asking him a question about whether or not we could use this coupon. As we were walking out of the store a white customer was asking a similar question but he did not use the same tone or character he used with us an Indian family. Walking out of that store we understood that our race was a factor in how he acted. As a kid who was born in America and family that’s lived here for over 17 years, I never thought racism would still exist in 2020. As I don’t know wat to do now I am posting this review since that employee was not acting how he should to a customer."

"This store is so disorganized that it is nearly impossible to parse through the mess. Clothes are never hung or folded properly. They are just strewn about like junk. There are quite a few sales, but the items are never on the correct rack, so you never know the real price with discounts until it is time to check out. It's super frustrating. I don't think I'll be back to this CK because the mess is just too much."

"Cool store, very clean from what I remember. However, one saleslady has a bad attitude. She has blue eyes and blonde or brown hair. I was told her name is Heather. It's not the really sweet white lady that usually wears the long black trench coat looking jacket. And, the white manager guy, is cool. I think his name is David. He has blue eyes."
