"Well the air in our room did. It work the t.v as well you couldn’t change the channel at all the bed was not sure to the floor at all they were very uncomfortable we had brong it to the attention of the workers and they did nothing about it at all we got no sleep I would not recommend this Hotel at all and of you do come don’t take the steps they smelled like people were smoking"
"Not bad for what it is my main issue is that in other stays where you pay the full price online then when you get there show your id and get your room card. This place charges a deposit after you already pay for the room that cost more than room itself and this is not on the website when you book your NON REFUNDABLE room online. It’s just sneaky business tactics. I completely understand if you have to get a deposit because you want to make sure nothing damaged or destroyed but you should let people know before they book trip room because even after the hotel releases the money it can take 3 to give business days for the person to get that money back from the bank. Now what if the person counted on that for an upcoming bill or something? It’s just something that reputable business should include in the online charge. Word of advice to travelers next time you stay at an extended stay stay expect to pay over double what they post and be prepared to wait for your refund so if you do have something to pay immediately after be prepared. Also I was told that they released my money back to me immediately and that my bank was holding the funds so I contacted my bank and was alerted that no funds have been released on their end and their bank would be the ones that were holding back the funds not mine. None of this would’ve been an issue if they were upfront and transparent with everything but they were dishonest and I will not be coming back."
"I was put in one room that had roaches falling on me in the shower, I was moved to a new room where it took me two weeks to discover the bedbugs. I left early with 3 weeks still paid in advance. The staff did not help me. Just said there would be and investigation despite me having videos of the bugs in both rooms. Don’t stay here."
"We enjoyed our stay here in this awesome community. The hotel manager was super helpful and even called us when we returned home to ensure our stay was great and asked if we had any complaints. We were very happy with our accommodation. amenities were all within walking distance and there is an excellent restaurant across the street. Italian Fire restaurant. Thank you for our pleasant stay."
"Starting with the positive. The nighttime staff member, Sheldon, was awesome. Great personality and very welcoming. Also, the mattresses on the beds were very comfortable. Now onto the negatives. The beds are not secured to the floor. Since there is no carpet on the floors, the beds move about very easily. This means you can hear lots of noise from adjoining rooms next to and above yours. Random thumping from the beds hitting against the walls or floors, for ANY reason, not just coupling relations, are heard at all hours of the night. Also, the beds are full-size and not queens, which are not large enough for 2 adults. We requested a roll-away, but it was literally just a sheet over the coils - the mattress was so flat it was almost non-existent. No human could sleep on that thing - the floor would have been more comfortable! Solid C rating hotel. Hotel did not meet expectations and is not worth paying over $100/night. Would not stay again and do not recommend."
