"The exterior of the place looks nice and modern, and the view from the balcony is beautiful and calming. However, I can only give it 2 stars due to the very outdated interior. The kitchen appliances and tools are old and broken, and the fridge and stove were already broken before we arrived. The dining table was dirty and appeared to have muddy boot prints on it. The carpet and beds were also dirty, and as a result, my kids were itching whenever they played on the floor. When I called guest services for clean towels, they gave me towels with hairs on them. Additionally, the dryer wasn't working either. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's better to stay somewhere else that's more comfortable and clean."

"The place was pretty quiet. The rooms were clean with minimal/dated amenities. It's right on the Delaware river, so there are lots of trails and nature options. Services were friendly and unobtrusive. All in all, it was a good place for a relaxing week."

"Accommodations were completely different from online pictures. Furniture was extremely outdated (1950s) and lighting was very poor making the living area appear drab and gloomy. Bedrooms each had a three drawer chest. The drawers were all broken. Villa was for 8 people so six broken drawers are insufficient. Pictures reflected kitchen island with stools which we had planned to use for younger kids. Unit did not have washer/dryer as promised. We were very disappointed with the accommodations and left a day early. This was for my husband to enjoy some quality time with the grandkids while recovering from a two month hospital stay and continuing to fight cancer. The accommodations were not a cheerful environment."

"The rooms were newly renovated and nice. Pool is large. Pool area and locker rooms could be cleaner, but they look older so not much they can do. The reason for my 3 stars is the customer service. We used a timeshare exchange through Interval to stay for the weekend. At check-in they make you talk to the concierge to get your keys. They pretty much force you into signing up for a 90 minute timeshare owners presentation to get you to buy into their vacation timeshare program. They even take a $40 deposit and say you can only get it back if you call to cancel. They also only let you check out at 12 if you sit through the 90 minute presentation and try to bribe you with waterpark tickets and wine if you go to it. I explained how I have a 10 month old and 2 year old who wouldnt sit through a 90 minute presentation, and if my husband could go-- but nope, if you're married both adults have to attend. We called to cancel and they wouldnt cancel it, they just rescheduled us to 9am the next day. We were like ... we have 2 small kids and are on vacation, that won't work. But they just said to call to cancel if we couldn't. We called, they said we wouldnt get our deposit back since we didn't make it and also had to check out at 9am the next day since we didn't qualify for late check out. We also inquired about the "discounted" water park tickets you could get for staying there. They said we could only get the discounted tickets if we went to the presentation. I told them again that my kids wouldnt sit through it and that I am already a member of Interval so I wouldnt be buying another timeshare. They didn't care. It was so shady and manipulative. The location was good, rooms were nice, but we won't be back because of this whole situation."
