"I have lived in this area for 8 years. There is no customer service in this store. If you are looking for sales associates who walk around and make certain customer feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed - visit this store. The management - I'll just say - I will travel to Clarksburg outlets where the sales associates are welcoming and helpful. I gave the store one star as the second manager I spoke with appeared to have some empathy when I expressed my concern in regards to her staff. She has been the manager for 4 years so I think I can say she is also part of the problem."
"I'm a petite, this is one of the only places that carry clothing to fit a woman under 5 foot. And, the clothing is modern and stylish. Not like the normal petites you find at most chains which are made for much older women! Very rarely do I purchase any clothing from any where other than Loft or Loft Outlet."
