"Absolute horror show. Not only did they fill a tank without my consent and then try to bill me for it, but their technician then BROKE INTO OUR BASEMENT in order to retrieve it. This is AFTER we were told they do all their service from outside and generally don't do it when people are home. I have your technician on camera, and if you EVER come near my property again I WILL CALL COPS."
"The communication in this company is terrible. This is the second time in the last 10 months that oil has been delivered to our house with no authorization from us and no notice from the company. We are not set up on auto-delivery and continue to have an issue with the employees making mistakes that could have been easily avoided if notes were read or if they had contacted us. The first time, we had contacted them just for a price quote and they came and filled our oil tank while we weren't home. They had no explanation as to what happened other than no communication within the company. The second time, we had scheduled a 100 gallon oil delivery for a Friday, they showed up on the Wednesday before with out any notification and delivered 150 gallons. Their excuse this time? "We are not sure what happened, we see the note for the Friday delivery but our lowest delivery is 150 gallons." I scheduled the delivery through our online account with them and the 100 gallons is one of their options. So now, we currently have a bill that is almost double the amount because of their employees not reading our notes and poor communication, again. We are currently in contact with management to see how this issue can be resolved."
