"Took my 2000 Honda Accord to AAMCO, Hagerstown, Md. after a dealership told me I needed a new transmission- $8000. I could not put that in my 23 year old Honda even though it only has 138,00 miles. I bought it with 8 miles on it! Jim at AAMCO was very patient and listened closely to my concerns. I left it there one afternoon and got it back the next day. They drove it, checked out, and could not find any problems with the transmission. If the check engine light comes on again and a blinking green light around "D" I will immediately take it to Jim and his team at AAMCO. I would give 10 stars if possible. Do not hesitate to give this AAMCO a try. They are honest, concerned about you and your vehicle, and offer prompt service."
