"I’ve been waiting on my DC refund to show up since March 13th of 2023. I called the DC tax office and that said it was never filed. I called Nubian tax no answer. Text the son who said he would look in to it and that he filled them at the same time. That was the last message or response I got from him. I tried contacting them several times with no success. It’s black businesses like this that give black business a bad name. I will be making a complaint with the DC attorney General’s Office as well as the better business bureau. Stay away from this business."

"Please do not file with them if you want to receive your refund. I been filing with them for the last 10 years. A loyal customer. I filed my 2022 taxes with them only to have my refund routed to another bank account. When I contacted Vincent Phillips he was very rude cursing at me because I was asking why I haven’t received my refund. I been on the phone with irs all morning only to find out my refund was routed to choice financial bank. I never heard of them and Vincent claim neither has he. I contacted his supposedly business partner Yolanda steward who is based in Atlanta Georgia.(scam city) she was also disrespectful and hung up on me. So now I got to wait a 120 days to see where my money went too. Please please please they are scamming people so don’t file with them. I am extremely upset and would never file with them again. They stole nearly 5000 dollars from me"
