I needed jeans for work and could NOT buy any because I could NOT try anything on... and the girls working there absolutely horrid customer service. Tried asking questions they ignore you. Act like you're an inconvenience to their day and they talk and work and move soooo incredibly slow..."

"Nothing like being told the clothes are damp so they don’t have to go through them. Just for me to take them next store to style encore for them to reassure me the girls a platoe be trippin bc these clothes are dry. I’m not angry girls just disappointed….."

"Place has seriously gone down hill. They make it so difficult to even bring stuff in they’re never done in the timeframe they give u but they won’t give u a call or text when it’s done. The girls working were very rude and I’ve never experienced that at Plato’s the girls are usually very friendly and kind. They have a new “two containers” rule which makes no sense because you can give a giant tote of stuff but they won’t take 4 smaller bags? I took my clothing out of a tote to put in smaller bags to make it easier to carry. It’s the same amount of clothing either way so the container rule is redundant. This will be my last time selling with Plato’s and I sure as hell won’t be spending my money there either."
