"Not a huge fan of being charged so much money to overnight my taxes 25 minutes up the road when I could’ve just come in to the office. I dislike that this company begins doing tax work without getting permission from me first. I fully expect a CPA to clarify with me exactly what charges will hit my account prior to them actually doing any work on my account.
