"Not a huge fan of being charged so much money to overnight my taxes 25 minutes up the road when I could’ve just come in to the office. I dislike that this company begins doing tax work without getting permission from me first. I fully expect a CPA to clarify with me exactly what charges will hit my account prior to them actually doing any work on my account. On top of all that, I also noticed that on some bills, I paid different rates to two different CPAs to perform a single routine action. If I've already agreed for one licensed and educated professional to perform the work, I don't need or want a second opinion for another $175 for half an hour of work. Why would I even hire the first CPA if they can't do the work correctly and proficiently without me getting billed for another CPA?"
